All custom orders are non-refundable due to the customized nature of the items. If you are not 100% happy with your order, please reach out within 5 days of receiving your item via e-mail and I will be more than happy to address your concerns.

Pick up is available in Waterloo Region. Porch pick up is available. Please note that the pick up area activity is recorded to protect both us and you. Unless otherwise discussed, all items must be picked up within 4 weeks of completion or items become the property of Miller Customs and may be sold or repurposed at that time. To get free shipping at check out, please use code 'LOCAL'.

Shipping is available at actual costs and solely at the buyer's expense. All items are shipped with Canada Post and a tracking number will be provided. Items are only able to be shipped within Canada and the U.S.A. at this time. Items are carefully packaged, however once they leave our hands we are unable to have control over how they are handled. If your item is received broken or damaged, please reach out as soon as possible [within 5 days] with a description of the damage as well as photos. Items that are shipped are insured, and in order to process the claim information and photos of the damage are needed. Items will be shipped to the address entered; if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping will again be the buyer's expense. No refunds will be provided under any circumstance in this situation. Once the item has been given to the post office, delays in receiving the item are outside of our control and we will not be held responsible.


Turnaround time can be up to 4 weeks. Should you require your items for a certain date before turnaround time, please ensure this is communicated prior to placing your order to ensure it is something that can be met. Requests for earlier completion may not be entertained once placed.
 
 
Unless otherwise requested, we will design your personalized item per the comments received on the listing. Design, font placement and style, and final look are within our wheelhouse and we'll do our best to get it right. If you would like a mock up prior to us completing your item, please indicate in the order comments or send us an email within 6 hours of placing your order.
